A super esthetic specimen from a remarkable find almost 15 years ago at Xikuangshan. This has a delicate transparent Calcite crystal perched on edge that is shot through with metallic Stibnite crystals most of which extend outside of the Calcite. This look great on all sides and the Calcite (3.7 CM across) is well-formed, complete and in fine condition. The black sparkling matrix is a very nice contrast to the metallic Stibnite and the Calcite. This specimen was in the collection of Michel Jouty, and is especially well-composed with a fine architecture.

A sharp pair of interlocking sprays of Stibnite crystals. Bright metallic luster and patina, there is no matrix, just Stibnite crystals with several types of termination. In excellent condition from a find in 2012 at Xikhuangshan. In person the "gunmetal" bluing effect is pronounced.

A series of lustrous crystals in alignment that forms a cluster much like a winged figure. A few Stibnite crystals are on and in the Barite, but the main attraction is the Barite itself. The crystals show epitaxial arrangement and have stepped modifications on terminal faces. In good condition overall, there are very minor edge rubs found on a few edges but not evident without magnification. A very nice example of this important find and an esthetic arrangement of good transparent Barites.

A delicate and complex miniature specimen of transparent, zoned Calcite scalenohedra mixed with metallic Stibnites. In fine condition this is a very three dimensional piece. From the prolific finds of 2008-9, an affordable Calcite/Stibnite combo that is complex and very detailed.

A top quality example from a small recent (2008) find of rhombohedral Calcites included by lustrous Stibnite. A few of these were sold in Munich last year but nearly all had damage. We were fortunate to obtain at the source a few fine, esthetic and quite pristine pieces. There have been no more since. These are far more delicate and rare that the material found at Nandan in 1998, I expect these will also become modern classics and quite sought after. The glassy, translucent to transparent rhomb is 5.5 CM wide and has no eye visible damage. Magnification shows only a few rough spots on edges. The Stibnites are clearly visible inside the calcite. Esthetic and displayable from several angles.

A fine gemmy calcite well included by shining Stibnites. A very good example from this important small find. The sharpness and clarity are excellent, and the calcite is the largest complete crystal I have seen from this find.

A single gemmy flattened rhomb sits on matrix and shows well the Stibnites included and protruding from the crystal. Very sharp, nice color with no noticeable damage but some very minor roughness to edges and contacts on back. Esthetic and eye-catching!
